I have a dehydrator it works well for some herbs, I use it for soup stock and etc.

I also make a damn good jerky in that bitch

basil dehydrates pretty well,.. dehydrated chives are total shit,.. dill is best fresh as well..

Yeah chives are pointless. Dry. But they grow soo fucking fast it don't matter.

Oregano dries really well, I grow three different kinds.

Fresh rosemary is awesome, on roasted potatoes, or leeks fucking nice.

Thyme dries really well to, but it's more for the smell lol

I grow tons of herbs.

they are soo good fresh, people have no idea what they are missing.

you can cut them into meat, or burgers, or dough.. soo nice.

Oh I know,.. I make my own pizza sauce from my home grown yellow pear tomatoes, brandy wine tomatoes and big boy tomatoes,.. taste better than the standard roma tomatoes pizza sauce,.. and of course I add all my fresh herbs

Red Currant tomatoes, one plant will give you hundreds and hundreds, they grow like bundles of grapes.

Amazing, and they taste sweet with just a little bite, good for salad, and well a lot of things.

These are a lot smaller then sweet 100's, I grow those as well.

These are maybe the size of a pea, very small, and you get honestly like thousands per season

I grow the burpee hybrid 2 cucumbers ( the big smooth skin slicers) and Pickel Bush dwarfs ( small 2 foot long vines with lots of firm wrinkled fuckers)
