Ya strippers are pretty easy. I have found a few that where up for some fun but never have done any video with them. I made the mistake of dating one of the girls at on of the classier clubs around here. Not a very stable relationship lol

Well I guess I could go a couple or three hundred, I just am not experienced at selling content, it's worth trying once I suppose... I want to try putting some up on AEBN VOD - I hear that POV videos sell real well on there.

I'm nice and careful with paperwork, for example my release is very specific and it has the "Fred security feature" .. it's printed two sided rather than being on two seperate pages and says something to the effect of have read and understand and press hard with black inked pen (So that no one can say that she didn't see the front side)

Video of consent to terms and contract signing is a great idea. That's what I recommended to someone buying properties from older folks (was my idea, but someone else was already doing it, you pay them a certain price monthly or all at once and in turn give them a life estate.. ), compentence is an issue there, so it's great to have video of the paperwork being done.

Well, what in the hell, I don't have anyone to witness it... is that necessary ?
The camera can be a witness?

I have to agree. If you don't know why you need a witness, if you haven't downloaded a model release form from one of the attorney websites, then you need to talk to one.

That document is vital especially in the age of the Internet.

Absolutely you need a local lawyer. I don't care what paperwork you have you'd better have a lawyer with experience in the adult industry look over everything for you or you could end up in jail.

Do a search on this board for all the people who announced their arrival into the business 12 months ago and see where they are now.

And it's all about getting a few more clueless people to submit a few more galleries to TGP site who don't have time to review what they currently get. Great business model and shows how desperate most are for a few more clicks.

I'm all for helping those who have a clue, but sometimes we show our desperation a bit too much.

It's illegal in certain cities/counties here in the states, as far as I know, you think I'm going to shoot without making sure it is legal to do? I'm not.

You can say what you want about me- but I do earn my living in this business (not shooting content, I haven't done any yet) and that's more than alot of people can say. I don't own a $7M home but I live a very easy and relaxing life.

If YOU think that I can't come up with some pretty good Amateur shoots, or that I can't figure out how to do everything, that's fine... but you don't have to sound so condescending or rude.

Saying that I am clueless and will never make it, you can jam talk like that up your self righteous ass there pal... you're just a human being like the rest of us, you know. I'm all about being direct and not playing games but that's downright rude and you should not talk that way. Period.

When you come off this way, you sound like a bitter asshole who's trying to discourage any competition- now I know, that probably is not the case, I'm pretty sure it isn't- but you're not going to win any new business acting that way.

The main thing is making sure you are compliant with local laws, and that your model release reflect those.

Find a local lawyer who is a specialist in internet law and find out what local laws are.

Finding models is easy, we've found some of the best ones in 7-11 or at a bowling alley, you just need to know how to spot who would do it, and not come across as a perv.
