Every time I find one that sounds like a good deal, she backs out, do you pay upfront or what? I sure as hell am not willing to, pay, not until everything is done..

And these midwestern broads think they're worth $1M.. they seem to believe that girls are paid thousands of dollars for videos. Well hell, as far as I know you can get some top tier models to do a video for something in the low to mid hundreds.

So I think $100 for an hour video is fair enough.. right?

$100 an hour? For what? Is it hardcore? I find mine mostly through the Internet as they contact me.

I pay $500-$1,000 for non-porn, r-rated which includes a photo shoot. It depends on how much I have to spend to fly the model in, how hairy she is, how personable she is, etc.

I've talked to some girls who I've filmed after they've done hardcore for known producers who pay them $400 for hardcore and they end up with 2-3 videos out of that footage. AND they claim they are treated like shit.

I get some who contact me and expect several thousand dollars. I tell them I don't pay that much and wish them good luck.

They pay their own air fare and when the video shoot/photo shoot is done, they are repaid for that plus paid the agreed-upon amount. Nothing upfront as they are too flaky.

Well, I need at least an hour of video to come up with a good 30 minute scene.. If I need more video, another hour or so, I'd pay an extra $100- so yes, aprox. $100/hr.

I also will pay extra for something different,, for anal I figure they get $50 more.
Interracial I think is more valuable but no reason to pay someone extra just for being a certain color.

We advertise in the local alternative newspapers. And get more than we could ever use.

We pay $250-$500 a day per model going from Girl /Girl at $250 up to $500 hardcore.

I tell them we may finish in 2 hours and it may be 8. All according to how things go.

I pay $150 for no sex nude photo shoot 4-6 hours

I have very few that don't show up. But we pre screen them on the phone and sometimes do a interview. Have had a couple show up and want big money $1000 to $2500 and leave. They were told what the pay was but they thought when they were seen the extra money would be there. It was not.

I think you can probably get an idea of what to charge by your local escort rates. If you look at Florida you will see girls charging from $100 to $200 an hour. There are a lot of girls but demand does not outweigh supply so you can probably get good models cheap. If you look at New York you have a huge supply of girls but you also have a huge demand so you will be lucky to find an escort charging less than $300 an hour. In the midwest you have a low supply of girls so you are going to have a big demand. Of course if you get a good name for yourself and make a few girls slightly famous you can get girls cheaper who have stars in their eyes

It's never been easier to find models than it is today. You might be in the wrong place and I would seriously check out your local laws.

The only thing I can add is to do a casting first, explain to the girls everything about the work and then ask them to fill in a form listing what they will and will not do. Let them know you will be taking test pictures of what they agree to do, if the have IDs they will get paid. This is how you find out what they are comfortable with.

I think a good idea would be to take some video of the model holding her ID for your records as well. I know a guy who took pics of all his models holding their Identification and kept it with his records

unf that is what you pay - its less here in Europe but if you pay 100 per hr for hardcore then noones gonna show up, try raising prices

I also can say, be sure to check your local laws. For some reason the local District Attorney got word that I was working girls, and raided me, thinking I was running an escort service. I am still waiting to get one of my PC's back, even though all charges were dropped.

Better check with the staff at strip clubs before giving out business cards......that can get you in trouble too!

An strippers here are spoiled, and make much more doing lapdances, so they are not interested in modelling. (and most of them do not want their faces on the net......that goes with escorts also)

Giving out cards or approaching girls in a strip club can be a problem. The bouncers are bug guys.

The bouncers have helped me recruit, and I have a good relationship with the owner of 2 clubs locally. We also live near 3 large universities, and a guy that works with me is extremely good at getting girls there.
While a lot of folks like to get pics or video's with the ID and model release, I have a file in a fireproof safe with all copies of id's and thr releases. They are also digitized and stored elsewhere.
