Out of curiousity, what do you consider your best domains? I've been a domainbroker for almost eight years, buying and selling every now and then, stuck with a couple of thousand domains atm. It's always nice to see what kinda of portfolio someone else owns.

I'm not really a dot net fan, I did have some lll.net's and nice keywords but most have been sold in the last 1,5yr. About sexblogs.net, the key does sound nice. Overture is spitting out only 415 for the key, nothing with the tld. Search engines aren't to keen with it either and the .com hasn't been development but is waiting for the big spender as well. Blogs are still a big thing and adult normally gives a good ctr, although the ppc aint something to get happy about. Value? I would say xxx high to xk low. Depends on the buyer you're looking for, endusers will of course pay a little more, resellers will give xxx low-mid for it.

Is it getting any (old) traffic from the "Sex Elf's blog of blogs" time (04-06)?

I haven't looked at it for years, so I've no idea of the traffic. I could have had the .com when I reg'd it, but I didn't because .net was the bloggers tld at that time. I was just starting my domain collection then.

Maybe I'll turn it into a porn blog dump.

Well, you're pointing the ns to sedoparking, although it's not marked "for sale" you'll still be able to read the parking stats. The dot com would have been better of course but, when I think of the domains I could have regged when I started, I feel a depression overtaking me

I've got a new api coming soon, and that should be more attractive to people dealing in names.

re: the property situation. It looks as if I can grab a 3 year loan, and service it from the income from the domain names if I do a bit more work. I reckon that's having your cake and eating it.

Now I've just got to make sure no other bugger gets in and outbids me.
