Florida Temperature January
We are thinking of taking a holiday/cruise in Florida mid January 2008, can anyone tell me what the weather is like at this time of year. It includes stops in Mexico and Bahamas. Is it warm enough to just take short sleeved shirts or does it get chilly at night?
Thanks in advance __________________

If you are going to be in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area shorts and T shirt weather. Would be rare to need a sweater. I am 160 miles below Miami and we have no winter. You would more likely need something warm at night in Bahamas.

I am in the Tampa area. West Mid Florida. In January it is difficult to tell. We do get a few chilly weeks a year and it is usually in Jan or early Feb. Chilly here is about 50-60 degrees Fahrenheit in the day and as low as in the 30's at night.
