Why is Geezer so disliked here?

I guess in some ways I'm a total newbie to Netpond.

I see there is some history of him being banned, and a lot of drama with his name, was wondering why is not liked around here.

What's the story?

Geezer was a great guy when he was 1kpcm, I raced him to 10k posts, and that was fun, and we had other friendly banter. Something must have happened in his life, because he changed his nick and his attitude. He seemed suddenly to take against some people - me included. I suggested we meet for a drink to try to work things out if there was a problem, but he declined.

I wish we could have the old 1kpcm back - he was a great guy, and an asset to Netpond.
