If your looking for free trials you might try some cam sponsors. Many of them track by free sign up so you get lifetime sales. There are a couple in my sig but there are many more

Try WildCash
Wild Cash has been converting extremely well for me this past month. A bunch of niche sites under their program. Try them out. They do $1 trials, of course.
