Did anybody get those promised compensations for lost sales?

Nope - or at least not unless they've just added them "stealthily" like regular sales, in which case I can't really say for sure, since my ratios tend to fluctuate quite a bit from week to week and month to month.

I can't recall how long were they down? I'm not even sure I necessarily qualify for a compensation

Shit that's no use if their not updating the members area, I've never been in there - I know they haven't added any new promo content for a while, I've been reusing the old shit...

Their old main sites are fortunately still getting updated (Club Sandy and Pix & Video every day with exclusive content, some like Asshole Fever I still think are updated about once a week), but they've added a load of sites to their program over the last year or two, so I can't really say I'm surprised if they haven't been able to keep up the quality with some or perhaps even many of them.

I've mailed them , they said they added some free pass to other sites, but member area with their content havent been updated for a long time which sucks...

While my ratios vary a bit too much for my liking from month to month (not the only one of my sponsors I'm seeing that pattern with though, and it's not quite clear from my own traffic stats and sources why it should happen), 21SexturyCash has been among my top 5 sponsors for more than two years (I started promoting Club Sandy when they were still a CCBill/Verotel sponsor, before they switched to a NATS system).

CS was the site wed put in the mailing, so thats still safe, the ratio isnt that bad at all although with mailertraffic itll be lower.

I just checked my campaign stats - for Club Sandy I'm at 1:218 this year with review traffic, and a somewhat less impressive ~1:1600 (I think I'm using the wrong campaign code on a site somewhere, so I'm averaging) with blog traffic.

I don't have a clue what's considered decent for mailer traffic though
