I already knew this was coming long ago and its not OKd yet. But if this is gonna be OKd then this means a shitload of work. Every page every pic, fhg, potd, every page for affliates too, meaning if you push a sponsor their 2257 data HAS to be on your site with every pic.

You should have had the documentation in hand all along.

But what you said is not correct entirely. You need the documentation IF the images fall under 2257.

If you have content that is not hardcore prior to the grandfathered date, you are still ok.

1 - we have all releases and twin IDs
2 - our program exists 3+ yrs hence we NEED all docs

if youre too lazy to do so in 2 words : EVERY pic has to have 2257 links AND production date, banners, fhg, freesites everything.

Shitload of work, useless and not just sponsors but aff too must meet these req if this is OKd.

As long as the content isn't sexual as defined by 18 USC 2256, you can keep it up. And, if it is just lascivious display of the genitals, they are grandfathering that back a year.

You can put up face photos of a beautiful woman to entice your surfers, you don't have to have two cocks in an ass to attract a surfer.

I've never used a hardcore photo.

Also remember these are PROPOSED regulations. The FSC will be fighting this. Technically you should have had the documents on file all along anyway, but the FSC will fight for us.

If you haven't considered a donation, maybe now is a good time.

Just don't panic. I was a magazine publisher when this went into effect and believe me, many publishers panicked but Sundance fought for us, and we won at the time.

ok i do see where it states we are only responsible for stuff produce after

july 27, 2006 deep breathe. but it will kill the regulations could kill the

webcam industry
