Can you resize an Avatar using Photo Shop CS2

I have this trademark avatar I like to use but it does not fit NetPond guidelines which are 115 by 115 pixels or 19.5 KB.

Any assistance would be appreciated...

image/ resize, or use the crop tool, crop around the bit you want, then image / resize.

yes photoshop can resize it

or send it to me haui @ netpond.com and I set it up for ya (as long as it is not animated)

Maybe I screwed up, it is a animated avatar of this girl sneezing and her dress opens up... if I posted it could you re-size it?

Image >> Image size (Ctrl + Alt + I)

and enter the width and height. Note that the longest side of your avatar pic MUSTN'T exceed 115 px.

Photoshop CS3 plays quite nicely with animated gifs, when its making them, but can still have trouble getting anything but the first frame to open if loading one.
Use Image Ready or Fireworks instead. Normal open command will show you all the frames.
Or use the program ScreaM suggested which is a cool little thing. Make sure you optimize it as well, to get the kb down.

Here it is. I had to manually remove some frames because it was making the file too big.
