I dont think they are around any more ... this was probably like 2001

See, even with strange stats like that, you could have 1:15000 but your join ratio might be 1:120 , that just reflects on the quality of the traffic or on the quality of the sponsor. So it might not be that the program doesnt convert, it may just be that your traffic sucks
