use this tool generate a htaccess that allows sites of your choise to hotlink...

RewriteRule    \.(gif|jpe?g|png)$  http://something.com/hotlinking/hotlink.jpg [NC,R,L]

- change siteallowed for the site you want to allow hotlinking.
- add as many sites as you want.

the RewriteRule will redirect the other sites(the ones not specified before) to a hotlinking image.

if you run a big site or network you will be surprised on how many free impressions of a banner you can have on those motherfuckers hotlinking sites :P
