Just picked up this domain orig reg. in 2000 "RedLightRental" dot com and was thinking shall it serve as a mainstream site for apartments or go down the adult path...

Going with real estate will probably to be very difficult to maintain. You will have to always be chasing listing to add and you have to wonder how many people are looking to buy in the area you are targeting. Where as an AEBN style PPV theater might be much more practical.
