can someone help me interpret this

in statistics, crawl stats in google webmaster tools i see this table

my current PR is 3. looking at the graph, does it mean my PR will be 5 on the newt update?

No.

What that table says is this: most of your pages have LOW pagerank assigned, while the remaining pages don't have pagerank assigned at all.

i just started using this tool, its free so why not maximize it
