I have received no word at all. The entire network is down, so you cannot open a ticket. No sign of Tim either, no response on icq.

I have been extremely happy with these guys for the last 14 months or so. Unfortunately having my servers dead for 24 hrs. is not an option for me. Time to move the shop.

Yea warzone is right. This ordeal actually has me sick to my stomach.

Thanks for the tip on tailoredservers. I didn't think of that. Most everything is backed up on this box, but getting access to the data would be nice. There's at least a couple days of data that I haven't backed up.
