There is a large difference between tube sites run as an affiliate marketing tool and as stolen content tube site.

If you go to megarotic, they do not mention anything that deals with the site where the content comes from, it's just any content uploaded they will accept.

On xvideos if you look half the clips are 2 mins and under, then others are full length. Sponsors have for a long time given out full length videos for affiliates with serious traffic.

If you look at any video on xvideos it has a huge half page add above it and when you play the video you can click it anytime and it will take you to the tour that site is from.

This site is set up as a "mock" tube site and only meant to generate traffic.

It's like a fancy MPG if you will.

But, there is nothing wrong with this site, do a little more research you will see what I am saying to be true.

If you look on the main page on the 50 free videos 26 of them are short clips.

the anal section preview has 10 videos, only 4 are full length.

asian section preview has 10 videos, 1 of which is full length.

ass section preview 3 that are full length.

ass to mouth 3 that are full length.

big ass 2 that are full length.

big cock 4 out of 10

Paul, I have said hundreds of times steps that can be taken, I've personally put damage on a lot of these sites.

You go from board to board and complain complain complain, but you do fuckall. What's the point, do you just like to read your same posts over and over again.

Megarotic are still billing with Commerce Gate, so that did not work. Sending DMCAs does not seem to work. So please what have you achieved?

Oh yeah, I make a couple of posts on gfy each week, unless there is a topic of interest. That's soo many boards lol

As far as megarotic is concerned their main processor was seg pay, which after talking to them, they cut them off. When a processor cuts you off you lose all them rebills, shortly after that happened megarotic lowered the number of views per 24 hours from 12 to 6, now it goes between 5-8 a day. Basically when the billing was pulled they lost all the customer, the reserve, and it also caused an influx of chargebacks.

Here is some other things.


Did you get megarotics billing pulled? no.. did I yes.

Did you organize a mass DMCA on skin video no... Did I yes... Did ccbill go to pull their billing because of it... yes... Did skin video a week after I organized the mass DMCA pull all stolen content... yes Did skinvideo after 3 years of being based on stolen content pull all ALL of it's bad content and now is all legal purchased content...

I've shut down or had hosting pulled on over 30 rapid share, or trade message boards.

Did you put pressure on numerous sponsors about having ads on torrent sites no, did I yes. I can list over 12 sponsors that have pulled links and no longer work with torrent sites.. why... because of the heat I brought to them

Have you worked with numerous people on the proper way to fill out and submit a DMCA? have you no, have I yes.

Have you spent hours on the phone with hosts who have illegal and stolen content and got them to either have their client pull the content or be cut off? have you no, have I yes.

Have you worked with ccbill and epoch to cut off people who are using illegal methods to make money? have you no, have I yes

Have you worked with different anti piracy groups to formulate new ways to combate stolen content, spyware, illegal sites? have you no, have I yes.

Have you shut down or had the hosting pulled on over 30 CP related sites in the past year alone? you no, me yes.

Have you helped site owners and content producers who have been ripped off track down the people doing so, and showing them what steps to take to fight with you? you no me yes.

Have you written anti spyware, rapidshare, torrent, guides, how to remove tutorials and articles on how to fight, who is working with who, exposing names, removal tools etc that have been published on digg, cnet etc? "oh I also wrote them under an assumed named you know cuz of my ego" have you no, have I yes.

Have you personally worked with hosting companies to rewrite their TOS and compliance as to not host these types of sites and not play the impartial role? you no me yes.
