What do you guys eat for breakfast?

I have corn flakes (with slim milk), fruits and 1 cup of tea.

I used to eat sandwiches and eggs earlier.

depends on how late I was up and what I had for dinner but usually a couple of banana pancakes, cut fruit (usually pineapple and watermelon), scrambled eggs and water. I used to drink coffee but Ive slowly stopped that habit and stick to coffee only when I need it.

If Im not hungry at all I usually eat a bowl of cereal with regular milk (skim tastes like shit to me) and a couple of bananas.

Hey, When my wife is with me, I always get a really good breakfast ,sausage and eggs, hashbrowns, or bacon and eggs, we always get a 1/2 lb each.

Now, instant oatmeal, I'm a bachaleor again, yester I just bought 15 boxes of instant oatmeal.
