Put the code in the header.php file

am I able to do that thru the admin area? or have to download the file and edit it and rewrite?

You can edit it thru the admin if you've set up your filepermissions so that it's allowed.

Otherwise it's just a matter of downloading header.php and opening it in notepad and adding a line of code. No biggie and no problem.

No idea what the problem is. But it says it's on in /home/autoblog/nasty-tranny.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 390
so start there. =)

I normally put it in the footer, for the simple reason that the rest of the page can download and render, and if statcounter is experiencing any delays, it won't hold up the rest of the page.

ps. does anyone know what permissions I should set the files to and what files should be changed so I can change stuff like this from admin?

Well, it's naughty but I go into the theme and just change each file (normally header.php, page.php, footer.php and style.css plus sometimes one or two others) to 777 *gulp*

I put the code in footer.php where the tag </body> begins.
Anyway you can put it in header too.

just make sure you set those back to 666 or 755 or so
