Here is the gist of the contest:

"Wise-guys and gals aged 18 or older who think they know the etymology of Yappo are encouraged to shoot a 30-second to three-minute video on the subject and upload it to YouTube, as well as email it to contest@yappo.com.

All “Meaning of Yappo” films must show the http://www.Yappo.com name at least twice for a combined 10-seconds and must include the name spoken at least once. Films must be softcore with no profanity or nudity. Filmmakers using a derogatory approach will find their submissions disqualified. Submissions can also be sent to YouTube.com/group/yappocontest "
