Exactly. Prostitution is what it is. I don't see anything wrong in that. But don't pretend it's something it's not, it's sex in return for money.

Most of the people I know with disabilities don't just want sex anyway. They want sex sure. But they also want relationships, love, boyfriends, girlfriends, companionship, romance, stuff like that. The things most other people want. Does this group also help these people find partners?

Disabled or not, these people deserve to be treated as individuals. If they need or want sex they should be encouraged and given support to form proper relationships with other disabled and able bodied people. Im presuming that these people are physicaly disabled, if there mentaly disabled are they even fully aware of what is going on? Surely in that case we would be looking at abuse.
