Regarding ePassporte Policy Changes
If you received a message on Wednesday November 21st, 2007 from ePassporte telling you your account has been modified, please disregard this message as ePassporte has rolled back these changes and your account should work as it normally would.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. ePassporte will re-evaluate this policy and provide a suitable solution for all Account Holders. You will be notified well in advance if we need to make any modifications to your account.

I am only guessing Micheal was bombarded with icq`s and passed on the buzz...actually their support really really sucks lately, except when Micheal takes the issue on personally.

Unfortunately there have been alot of fraud going on through epass with accounts getting hacked, etc...
I myself am keeping a min amount in reserve so don`t get burnt.

It's very strange that so strong and big company like Epass have such worthless phone & email support, except Michael who seems to carrying every single problem adult webmasters have.
They should just hire few more guys, selfless like Michael, and epass support would climb to the highest point

Easier said then done it takes a very trust worthy person to do that job. Originally it was Rand who handled things until they split and he went with the Epoch side. There was a time when Michael did not work for them and getting support was like pulling teeth for some.
