What would you do with this picture?

So I've got a niche niche domain that's getting a bit of traffic, and I've got a sponsor with a site that's perfect for the niche. I look through his promo content, and there is a great picture there that I want to use. The only problem is that the watermark is for another of his sites. In fact it's not so much a site as a multiple site access pass. So what do I do?

- Use the pic to promote the niche site, and risk losing surfers to the bulk pass membership.

- Promote the bulk pass, and dilute the interest of my surfers.

- Forget about the sponsor.

- Use the picture to promote the niche site, but try to get the surfer to join the bulk pass as a promo offer.

It was so much easier when you just had to get surfers interested, and then send them off to a tour to get them to signup. These days you have to worry about hanging onto your credit, and what the surfer will be doing as he moves through the tour to the join page.

explane the situation to the sponsor and ask if its ok to cut the watermark or if they can provide watermark free image
