Snow!!!!!!!!!!

here's snow too, the first snow this year came at the start of this month which is very early, and it seems that this winter will be long and hard.

I was going to post some pictures earlier but didn't have time to take any and when I did I discovered that it is now raining up a storm outside, so I'm stuck at the office because there is no way I'm going to drive here in the morning with roads being frozen.

Hey Tuula, and everyone its still snowing here in Chilliwack, I haven't snow like this so early in a long time. My cat was fine with it when it was 1/2 an inch , now its about 6 inches and he gives me dirty looks as if its my doing. My water froze up here in the camper i'm living in. I had to go to the horse barn to fill up a jug of water for me to use. These campers weren't made for cold I think, I'm all bundled up and wearing a touque inside all day.
If the snow is still here tomorrow i'll take some pics, I just bought a new digital camera for myself just for fun. its only a 4 pixel Canon Power shot but I got it for 50 bucks brand new. I actually bought it to take pics of my home town as I started a blog called MyChilliwack I'm sure the chamber of commerce isn't going to like it. I'm going to show the real chilliwack warts and all.

Oh I'm sure the rain will be hitting you out there soon, the roads are flooded here in town and I know it's going to be a nightmare to drive in, so there's no way I'm driving all the way out to the ridge tonight and then come back in that slippery mess in the morning.

Canon's take really good quality pictures, I used to have one, but I lost it in Stanley park in the summer and opted for a Pentax that I really like. If you're going to be printing off pictures though I really suggest getting a Canon (they have mini-printers that come in a 4X6 post card size) and the quality is second to none IMHO.

20 cm of snow just fell here (thats about 8 inches) and its real cold too -25 with the wind. Great day for me to stay inside and catch up on work

I've only seen snow once (Sth Korea). Really looking forward to NZ.. because at some stage, I'd like to go down to the Sth Island and witness this snow phenomenon hehe
