Link Exchange - 4 Niches/Sites - Automatic (linkex)

i've 4 different niches/sites and i want to do A-B-C link exchange:

General - [JumpstartSex.com] -> http://www.jumpstartsex.com/linkex/j...tsex/index.php
Boobs/MILF - [OnlyBustyMILF.com] -> http://www.jumpstartsex.com/linkex/o...milf/index.php

one link per domain. no minimum PR, no minimum traffic.
i prefer exchange links of the same niche of my sites, but if you have a good site, it'll be ok.

you link my main domain and i link you from another page on that domain. the script will check every now and then (automated via cron commands) if my backlink is up, if not your link will be disabled BUT will be enabled again if you re-add it, so you don't need to apply again and it is good if you'll have server downtime.

your url and reciprocal url CAN be different, however don't throw my links on the bottom of a lonely page. my pages, where your link will show, are all linked to the main domain. anyway your link will be on TOP of my page, so maybe you should get a bit of traffic too.

mihai, i don't pretend a link from your main domain. you can link me from any page you want on the same domain, as me. i only ask that page to be linked to the main domain or anyway not a lonely unlinked page
