Partner with mad webskills wanted for ts cams website (ZERO OUTLAY)

I currently run a webcam business with 30ish asian TS/lady boys working for my on 3 different sites. This might expand to more sites but it will DEFINATLY expand to more hosts.

I’m looking for somebody to make a webpage promoting these ts for their particular sites. I don’t want to promote the whole site just my models. This site also would be used to promote and push signups for a movie website possibly.

A bit of a blog with updated photos and information from the hosts might see this do quite good numbers. They can be asked to write stories or maby even provide short clips and things of this nature. A tag board and even a forum or somewhere to post TS questions they can reply is possible.

I have a fantastic domain already plus hosting. I will even drive the traffic to the site once it’s made. You can have access to photos or request photos of each or any of the hosts to make the site.

The way I picture it is somewhere on the site there are photos of the models. When you click the photo it takes you to a direct link of the profile of that model where you can either sign up to view or in the case of 2 of the sites chat for free. I’ve made a basic site like this that works with the affiliate links from Imlive but I’m not sure about the others.

What I’m offering is 100% of the affiliate generated money from this resource. I will pay for hosting, domain. There is no outlay from you apart from your time.

I am expanding fast and will have hopefully over 100 models by December 2008 by which time I shall be looking at making my own dedicated TS webcam site.

The 3 sites so far are www.imlive.com www.livejasmine.com and www.webcams.com
But I will be adding or changing depending on service level and return.

My aim is to increase traffic to my models accounts not for the whole site in general.

Your earning will directly correlate with your web design skill….sweet isn’t it.

Well I do keep all the documents proof of age documents and passport copies on file so that side isn’t an issue. I can also get a 1gb line where I live and I got a spare opteron box sitting here doing nothing. My idea was to run my cam site on their pc's at the same time as they are working the others as some already work 2 sites at once.

Really 30 hosts is no where near enough to start something like this I don’t think. Some are part timers, some are pretty rough. Some might have to be asked kindly to leave. Driving traffic to a new sight I imagine would be a nightmare and very costly negating all the benefits of having your own site in the first place.

It would be very easy to expand to 100 hosts in less then a month but I prefer to go nice and slow as in some cases I provide the PC which means I need to do a pretty extensive trial and vetting process to insure I don’t get scammed.

I’m also very rare in this area of work as I’m taking a very small percentage and putting most of the profits back into the business in the way of better pc’s, webcams, props, backdrops or costumes for the hosts.

I hope people don’t take this the wrong way but my hosts are more like one big family who are all working to help each other. Some have many family members to support and my main focus is driving their income up high enough that they can save to get out of the business. Weather that’s through a higher education for a better job or getting a start on a rent to own place, I am helping them where ever possible.

I could be wrong but I get the feeling I’m the first to give 2 shits about these people and I intend to do this the right way from the ground up hence the capped growth rate. I get about 5 people requesting accounts with me a week and most are rejected on the grounds that they aren’t a long term prospect or a team player. (Drug user or trust issues)

What I’m hoping for with this website is to drive them more business then they could ever possibly get on their own and along with good tech service, account management and a generally helpful nature it will make no sense for them to do this on their own. In this way they can see they actually make more with me even if I take a small percent then if they where to go it alone.

I’m not ruling out anything in the future and I wish to grow as large as the Market will allow but I also don’t want to make any rash mistakes. These people are depending on me for income atm and most are soul bread winners for their families so screwing this up isn’t an option.

I am pushing for a niche market as I see the cam girl department being flooded very soon but I can just as easy get girls for this as TS if not more easy and I have run an all girl business 5 years ago. The problem is they tend to not be able to live in groups, they fight, get jealous and can be out of action for 7 days of the month. They also can come with some pretty nasty baggage.

I hope I haven’t insulted anybody and I know I come across as a pompous self righteous asshole. I feel this is like any business which owes its success to its staff and not the money hungry pig at the top end of the trough. I respect and care about each of the hosts that get added and that will be as true at 100 and 1000, as it is at 30 now.

Anyways any mad skilled Web site type people want to talk with me and see if we can work something out I’m all ears. Like I said there should be a whopping affiliate end when this gets going and I don’t want a cent of it. As long as my hosts get lots of traffic and earn good for themselves I’m happy.

They are a workforce that can be utilized for things such as random live cams to the page or maybe an IP cam I setup off a router. They can answer questions and provide photos and written material for blogs or things of that nature. The sky is the limit. There are always some hosts logged on 24/7 so that opens up all sorts of possibilities. Submitted questions answered on the page.

Anyways better end it before I wear out the keyboard with random thoughts.

I see, okay dokay I guess that means I should just focus on what I’m doing and not get side tracked with whacky Ideas. Thanks for your input all. I just got 7 new hosts and a studio account with streamate so we will see how things progress.

I sure as hell don’t want to break any Hong Kong laws. I’m only here every few months. All my postal stuff is sent to Australia and I get taxed on my income there so I figured I would be under their laws.

Anyways I get the drift that I’ve obviously said something stupid or out of hand so this will be my last post regarding it this matter. Thanks all for being so nice to me so far I will stop being lazy now and just put in the time to try these things for myself. Only way to learn properly : )
