Yes, im sure too but not from any foreign ip.
The credit card could be accepted but CCBill or PayCom will refuse the transaction if its coming from a foreign ip.
I know it because in the past before work full time in Adult Industry i was a pornsurfer too

You really do need to get off this "foreign" thing, especially now that sponsors are adding Euros and other currencies as payment options, and some webmasters are asking for non-dollar payments. It seems that some of the payment processors are setting up non-US operations as well.

Personally I've never had any problems with my Danish Visa card, and I use it all the time, for porn and a lots of other things - and I would be more than a little pissed if billing processors refused to accept it. to answer your question:

Payserve accepts and converts ALL traffic. I joined their sites and they accepted me as well. They bill in every / alot of currencies so thats cool

Same goes for:
OrgyCash - Wicked Converting amateur / orgy / hardcore sites! (gay as well)
Cash Uncovered

All of these three sponsors bill with Vxsbill which is based in The Netherlands as well. They do convert ANY traffic

Times have changed since 2004 and Im surfing from Holland (a foreign IP) and I have no problem at all joining a ccbill or a paycom website!

I agree with the people above that you can get away with any sponsor!

Also Sexappeal, http://www.sexmoney.com/?adsid=75578 has direct debit which helps conversions since alot of global traffic doesnt use credit cards.
