After all this I was on the phone with my sister and mentioned this in passing and she told me to hold on and then informed me that SHE had it in her mail when she went to pick up my mail for me a few weeks ago. I had ASKED her about it too, then. So it's been there this whole time, totally unopened and just waiting for me. UGH! Sisters. LOL

I also wanted to post that Michael responded immediately to my email and that is very appreciated.

I activated mine today and used it to fill up my gas tank and then took out most of it to put into my bank account. Now I can accept ePass a lot more for my domains and services.
