When I lived in NY I had been to the Bronx a few times to visit family friends as a kid (In the late 80s/early 90's when it was pretty bad)

I most recently lived in a nice area of Miami; the problem was that it was surrounded by REALLY bad areas. All of Miami is basically a lawless shit hole... It's all about dirty money, drugs, and crime. I've recently moved back north to Palm Beach
