I'm gonna have a chat with the PTB, the rule was always 120x60 and 3 lines of text unless it's a NP sponsor and then you can get away with murder (within reason).

I don't know when that 468x60 thing appeared but it was never the rule before as there have been banners up to 720 for NP sponsors.
