YouTube has some great martial arts vids. One of my favorites is the one where the kid in the parking lot goes up against another kid who knows Kung Fu and gets his ass clocked but good.

This is great. It's not fancy or any of that pretty stuff, just basic Jiu Jitsu vs Kung Fu. My first Martial Arts were Judo and Jiu Jitsu. My dad taught me when I was like 3. My mom then had me doing Kung Fu ( then called Gung Fu ) but I didn't like it because it wasn't Karate and back then Karate was the hot thing. You cannot go wrong with a basic knowledge of Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. Actually any of the basic martial arts and wrestling is a winning combination. Fighting a wrestler with just high school knowledge can be deadly. Reason being it takes great strength, stamina to wrestle. I went back to Kung Fu later on but that Jiu Jitsu training just stuck with me all these years. Add some tai chi and you will rule and feel so much better. __________________
