Well, not an AVS expert but according to my research, ProAdult is best for semi-paysites type of AVS with their quantum program. Cyberage is supposed to be good too, for a variety of types of sites (personally, I made about 5 sites with them and no sale so far). SexKey is supposed to be easy to sell with their free sign-ups and they're fairly easy in terms of rules (they let you use sponsor content and aren't too restrictive with ads on your pages).

I personally use adultbouncer and proadult - but theres no particular answer to your question. Each avs have the similarities and differences. Its all about what preference would fit your needs. But I say if you have content go proadult if not and have web graphic skills go adultbouncer. But thats just my 0.02

A lot of people still have the old mentality of building sites for linklist traffic only. The best plan of attack to maximize your revenue is volume + promotion. With this plan your linklist traffic will come too.
In my opinion the best converting AVS companies are the ones that are cheaper to the surfer. Think of it like a paysite and how you promote them... will you make more sales for a $1 trial? With volume comes more variety for more sales. Let's say you have 1000 AVS sites and you post them on blogs, do some trades, get them listed in linklists, etc etc. Then you're going to be making sales to the AVS through this promotion. You'll then have 1000 sites where you can take advantage of the linklist traffic. AVS customers are qualified customers that already used their credit card once and they'll do it again. __________________

When it comes to AVS you have to see what works for you. Sometimes you hit with one for a long while and then it can die on the vine. Then you try a few others and one of them takes off. With AVSs you have to make hay while the sun shines and get those rebills. You're not only selling your site but the network as well. Newbies flock to AVSs because they go for the 'umpteen gillion sites for the price of one' sales tactic. However the shrewd surfer may pic one AVS and a few paysites. Sometimes a surfer buys via your site for an AVS but stays because he likes another on that network. When that site moves, so does the surfer.
I use a few AVSs. Each serves it's purpose. I'd say shop around, look at the content they serve and see where you particularly fit in. AVSs can be flakey and funny sometimes. You have to keep an eye on things. Don't put all your eggs into one basket. Look at what each AVS offers. Do they offer extras like free submitter programs and graphics and FHG options? How's their webmaster support? If it takes more than a day to get a response from their support groups, you can bet it's as bad for customers. Choose wisely Indiana Jones. __________________
