I find this written everyday "Buy blog plugs" "gallery plugs" and so...
What doesn this mean?

I'm not sure but by reading some threads on another board a 'gallery plug' is like buying traffic for your galleries. So if you say you're selling gallery plugs, it means you're just selling top-spots on your TGP.

yes its a place on a site where u can add ure gallery (tgp) or ure video (tube site). most of the video plugs forward u to ure site if u click on it, on the host site so u get the traffic. or u have branded a video, so if anybody see the video they see ure branded link on the video and visit ure site after they have watched the video on the host site.

gallery plug the same - somebody pays you and you plug their gallery in your site
