So this guy says he's the chairman of Barclays Bank, and applied for a second credit card to be sent to a different address. When it arrived, he went to a branch of the bank and withdrew £10,000.

Barclays has stated that the chairman has been reimbursed, and will not suffer a financial loss. I reckon he should have his bonus cut for employing a bunch of wankers.

Oh, I thought it's different in the U.K.

I can withdraw around $128 USD using my CC but that's only for emergency purposes. The interest rate is insanely high.
