Currently, legal definitions of rape vary from country to country & within the USA from state to state. Under some jurisdictions there is no such thing as anal rape (technically as defined by the law) believe it or not.

But if you stick a wrench or anything else up someone's ass without their consent then of course it is rape.

I think the stepdad should go to prison. But the stepson should go to prison for a lot, lot longer.
