The most worst week of last one year

This week is turning into the most worst week for me of last one year. I'm having ratios of like 1:4500 with same sponsor whom I converted at 1:1200 in full 2007. I don't know wtf has happened which has caused ratios to increase 4 times in just a few days sales are pretty poor for me atm and I'm pretty pissed off by this month.

Let us look forward to next half of the month. Hope you guys are having better sales. The bizzare thing is that the same traffic is not converting which used to convert pretty well for last one year.

You're looking at things too deeply, not enough traffic and too short a time period to draw any conclusions

Treat it as if you're rolling two dice. Sometimes you'll roll a 2, sometimes a 12 but most of the time you'll get a 7. It evens out.

That said my week this week is much worse than last too, but it's done nothing to put me off.

It won't go ever sometimes I also think too much negative when I don't get sales, but when I get some nice sales, I'm back to track.

Yes, this week is much worse than last one for me too. Actually this week was the slowest one I've ever had and all I wanted to conclude is what about my fellow webmasters.

I also want to know that why this is happening. Maybe people spend less after christmas, maybe porn buyers (Students etc..) are preparting for exams etc and maybe the weather is not too cold yet to buy a few passes I just want to know the reason as there should be a reason for sure. Thanks for your advice.

you have some periods that have a dropoff just like you have periods that do really well..

There is always a reason for the "slowdown".

First, it's too many people with credit card bills after Christmas.

Then it's people saving for Spring Break.

Then it's Easter holidays where people are not on the 'net as much.

Before you know it it's summer, kids are off school and people are down at the beach.

Then it's Thanksgiving, then saving up for Christmas etc.

Unless you are pushing tens or hundreds of thousands of clicks a day I doubt that you can draw any solid conclusions about statistical trends.

It's the middle of January. A lot of people on a wage may have been paid early in December for Christmas / Thanksgiving, meaning their money has to stretch over a longer period of time in January. Or they may have overspent in December. So the middle of January is always going to be difficult. The sky is not falling in and for people to say that it's because porn is going downhill is a bit silly.

It is down for me too, I even had a day last week with no sales nor rebills, that hasnt happened for at least 7-8 months but life goes on and I'm off to some work

This past week as well as the week before have been awesome for me! I've finally found a formula that works for me which was what I had been doing years ago but fell away from it.

When one sponsor falls off, another may well do the trick.

I've used Cyber Age for years. Conversions were very decent until after I announced how decent they were back in June 2007. Suddenly the conversions went to shit. Haven't picked up yet. At first I thought it was my sites so I mirrored them and sent 1/10 the traffic to them but they outsold the CyberAge sites. Said alot to me. It's tough to drop a company you've been with for years but when things don't sell, they don't sell.

I found some new sponsors and more toon commissions and other projects. So far 2008 is rocking. If I double my sales this past month next month I'll be able to retire plan with confidence.

Toons sell, especially if you make your own because you don't have saturated content
