If you did, did you catch teh 24 year old guy who wanted to FLIP houses. He made 30K off his first then went out and bought 8 properties throughout Cal, Nev, Arz and now is over 2 million in foreclosure and 500K in personal debt alone. He had a blog about the woes of flipping and his story and it sold for 50K...wow.

i missed that one but I did see one where the guy buys cars to look like he has money. He called a dealer and bought a hummer H2 just because the salesmen told him it was on MTV cribs. The guy never even saw the truck! He doesn't haggle prices, he thinks that makes it seem like he cannot afford it. He bought a camper that he has never used just to outdo someone else. He is over 200k in debt just from cars. His car payments are something like 68% of his income. That is crazy. He don't spend money on his house because "i cannot drive my house"
