Ratio question

Hey,

I am not feeling myself good these days, actual reason is i started to feel that i am not good at adult biz.

I am just making regular gallery submitting and i am feeling pretty sad about my ratios,

One of the most hit getting site's ratio is 0:310.


I don't really know what is the problem, maybe i am inpatient because 0:310 ratio is not even that bad or maybe it's because of after new year and christmas because people doesn't have money for buying some memberships.

So i need a way to feel myself better

I'm not sure it's wise to rely on gallery submissions these days. Now that you've got the skilsl to build them, try to move into some other areas. For example you could combine a couple of them to make a free site.

I'm 0:900 with a new sponsor I'm trialing. Sounds bad (with blog traffic) but if I make two sales in the next couple of days I'll be 1:450 which is OK. Sometimes it happens that way. You really need to send A LOT of traffic before ratios mean anything at all. Just keep building

You can't decide anything about sponsor with just 300 clicks sent. Send at least 5000 to see what real ratios are..

actually i am thinking same as you hb, but i don't really want to give up that easy. I am part time adult webmaster.

I have to go to school, spend time with my gf and do other daily things, and only few hours left for spending for adult webmastering.

So i can't do gallery submitting plus blog building at the same day i guess. And for a week now, i am spending my all days for building and submitting galleries.

It's hard to see real results in 1 week but i don't really know what to do...

what would you expect? I would say if you will do 1:1000 with gallery game you would be more than ok

I mean that won't be a surprise if you had 0:3100 and there is only 0:310 (maybe you forgot one zero )

If we use same content for blogs and galleries, and if we compare the ratio, you say blogs' ratio will be better than galleries.

We are sending hit to same site so the result is :

TGP visitors are just free wankers that doesn't pay for anything just look for some free porn, but blog visitors are paid surfers and there is more chance to sell some membership to blog visitors?

blog visitors are much better, mostly because lots of them are search engine visitors while tgp visitors are used to surf lots of free galleries and less likely to signup

why late? Even too early, like already posted you need at least 5000 to make your first primary conclusions, even that won't tell you much especially on tgp traffic

As the others said 310 clicks is far too small a sample to make any decisions on. It could be hit 311 and 312 might well be sales and then you're looking at 1:156. At least 5,000 clicks or, more statistically safe, 10,000 clicks to make any conclusions on that sponsor with that traffic source.

I also agree that you should experiement with other methods and other traffic sources to find out what works and what doesnt.

10k uniques and then start worrying about performance. 310 clicks is way, way, too little. The time it took you to check those stats, post here, come back to the thread a few times, reply, you could have made another 2 or 3 galleries for the same site. Build build build every day for a month solid, then take a look at your stats.
