guys i just did what anyone would do, nothing special there, was a cobnined effort, if GTP Dave hadnt been able to reach him first i doubt he would have even answered phone to me so Dave helped more than me, if the police hadnt gone round to knock some sense into him may have been different story BUT

When DJ reads all these messages then i think what you guys have done here is most important of all.

Netponds full of great people and everyone contributes so its a real team effort round here in all situations not just this one good job guys

OMG this breaks my heart in half. I have a total newfound respect for this place. Heroes indeed.

No problems in life are worth that. Believe me I've got some doozies of my own right now and ending it is something we have all thought about from time to time ...

No job, no money, needing surgery and can't get it, a step away from losing the roof over my girls and my heads, hardly any food in the house, love of 2.5 years gone overnight .. my sick mom, but I always know somebody has it worse than me. Guaranteed somebody has it WORSE and no matter how bad it is there is always something to find to hold onto and cherish and be grateful for. If not then FIND something, create it, whatever you can do because once that door is shut it's final, lights OUT.

I realize sometimes it's too painful to wake up some mornings but I don't care if it's as simple as walking outside in the morning and looking at the vast sky above, a bird singing in a tree, the sound of life around you ... find something .. ANYTHING to hold onto and find HOPE.

Where there is LIFE there is hope. Suicide is not the answer for anything EVER.

I am glad this turned out how it did.


In July we had the son of a close family friend purposely stand in front of a truck and end his life. His mother is a wreck, his father is like a ghost, his sister is on drugs to get through the day. What he had going on in his head was horrible but he has condemned his family to live with their horror and the pain of missing him for the rest of their lives.

I am a widow that became a widow suddenly and at a very young age. It is damn hard to be left behind but had my husband killed himself I would never have been able to deal with that pain.

Suicide, as right as it may feel at the time, is not just killing yourself but ending the happiness of the lives of those who loved you.

DJ - brother, like others I have had one rollercoaster of a life. I have built up two business to the point where they were worth a couple million each. Both ALL gone. Houses gone, money gone etc. I have lost everything to fire and flood twice in my life. I have been shot at, stabbed, and all sorts of crap. I have personally buried three of my friends to suicide and seen the misery of those families. Both my parents are gone, and over the course of my life I have buried 16 family members counting aunts, uncles, etc.

Life can be real shit sometimes. It is the getting through it all to get to the gems of times that makes it all worth it.

If YOU EVER need to just talk, yell whatever, you need to get in touch with me bro. I dont give a shit what time of day or night it is. Fuck it, if you need to talk, let me know man. I am very releived things turned out this time the way they did. Hang in there man. You got friends.
