There is no time for suicide. We have entirely too much work to do and need to focus. Chin up DJ, life is full of challenges and on some level that is what makes it fun.

Please don't kill yourself. I tried when I was 19 and damn well near succeeded. I'm thankful to Goddess every day for sparing me. I hate to think I could be dead right now. And besides, we will have so much fun trading links and making money.

This life is an illusion anyway. when the illusion is gone, we will experience the ultimate reality and meld into Goddess once again. It's wonderful to think that life has a purpose, is a wonderful and terrible experience, but utlimately will not be the final destination.

So stay with us, fight the good fight. You will be in my thoughts during this very difficult time for you. Again,please don't do this, at leaset wait a while to see if it gets better... if you're going to die, waht does it matter when you do it? Just put it off for a while and see if your suffering begins to dissipate.

When we're depressed, it always seems that there is no end to the suffereing and that life is going to be gloomy forever. But itis not the case. Things change all the time, medication helps us see things clearly and therapy gives us someone to talk to. Try some of that before you die. There are so many people that care about you, even on this board and all over the world.

Another reason why netpond is THE TOP webmaster board on the net.

So many (far too many) boards out there, someone makes a post like this, it's like "do it do it, film it man, do it this way, do it that way" and then you read the papers a few days later some anonymous guy kicked it and the police "suspect" that teh internet made him do it.

I hope DJ sorts out his shit, it's a shame in life when someone comes to boards because they don't feel they have anyone in real life they can turn to in their time of need.

if you read what he said, he didn't say he was leaving netpond.. he said he wanted to do much worse. You're a new member here so i can understand you wouldn't be familiar with him or probably 99% of the posters here - but many of us talk to DJ outside Netpond as well.. and just because someone posts a lot doesn't mean they're a lesser member of the Netpond community (which is what it sounds like you're trying to say- it's just how I interpreted what you wrote).

DJ has trusted friends on Netpond.. and by starting this thread, he's letting us know he's not in a good spot at the moment... and we (his friends) are trying to help him through it and let him know we care and he's not alone.
