Wow! Writing blog posts for $$$ is fun and easy!

I thought this would be a chore but it's like doing crossword puzzles!

Clients have been sending me lists of FHGs to write blog posts for and I sit down, take like 20-50 of them, pop in a DVD and next thing you know I'm done!

Great way to learn what works on a blog and what webmasters who are sticklers for quality like. It's like getting paid to learn!

It's challenging to me because I can see where I'm weak and strong in writing
skills and that only makes me better at what I do.

A guy could get used to this! Several of you who do this sort of thing have sent me some pointers and that's a big thanks!

Nice that you found what you like, however you could write for your own blogs so that potential income would be even greater

True, consider writing for your own blogs. Trust me you don't need to be SEO genius at all to maintain at least $1k/month just posting 3-5 posts per day for your own blogs.

Read Money Clinic thread in blogging forum. It's what made me what I am right now. rVince has a very decent tutorial here as well, and it's more heavily based on writing. I'd still suggest Money Clinic first, though.

I know I've heard over and over that writing for my own blogs would make me a fortune and set me up for life etc. etc. etc.

I'm not there yet. Don't have that many blogs and need to study more. So in the meantime I'll be getting paid to learn and meet new friends and clients.

Making $1k a month off of blogs sounds okay but depends on how much work is involved. If I have to have 50 blogs and have to post to each one each day then it's not worth the bother.

I think it's good to sell blog posts as long as you spend some of that money on buying blog posts from other people. I've been thinking of doing that. It's hard to keep doing blog post after blog post and still make them sound different and be of high quality.

I actually sat down the other day and tried my best to write some lenghty blog posts - something I've been dreading to do, especially since English isn't my first language:-P After the initial struggle of what to write, I found it hard to confine myself to 150 words:-) Wrote four 130-180 words posts in about 25 minutes. I just let my dirty fantasies run wild! Even if I can't keep that up, say I write 8 posts an hour, even if I had ten handwritten blogs, updated twice a week, that would only take about 2 1/2 hrs a week.

I'm totally doing this:-)

But I'm gonna plan each site out carefully before setting them up, draw my own toon banners, and maybe write a months worth of posts before I put them online. Two of those set up every week, plus 5 or so splogs to boot, and I think things could start rolling:-)
