They could at anytime reject all new applicants and only those who already have would be grandfathered. Just like with the old security laws all new G Licensed security can only carry a 38 or 357 revolver with 4 inch barrel. Those who were already grandfathered in under the old law are able to carry Semi-Auto or Snubs. So now only Private Investigators with a C or K License can carry real firepower.

Bascally you dont need a license to buy a gun you only need one to carry it in public.

Hi folks, If more honest citizens where issued concealed carry permits it would be safer for the average citizen, at least thats the findings from the states that have liberal concealed carry laws. Law abiding gun owners aren't the problem, it's criminals who don't follow the laws that cause the problems. Varzi mentioned .38 & .357 caliber handguns. Both can be fine revolvers for handling and accuracy but in a shit fight I'd rather be carrying a semi-auto with at least double the number of rounds! Of course there are restrictions on that too!

In the yahoo story, a bystander said he saw a black man leave the store. Regardless, there are all kinds of violent crimes committed by people of all races. No one race has an exclusive on murder.

I don't have any particular problem with black people. I have black friends, there's some great black entertainers. All in all I don't judge people for being black, but I do judge people for being Niggaz. There's a difference between being an african american and being a nigga. Unfortunately for african americans, niggaz are a par tof their race. It's sad to say, but if the headline reads "Armed assailant kills such and such a number in failed robbery" in the United States, it's a safe assumption as to what race the odds are stacked in favor of being the perpetrator. If you intend on winning the game in the long run, always bet on black...

Now had the headline read "Gunman shoots such and such in school shooting" I would instantly put my money on the awkward, teenage, suburban white male. I'm just playing the odds here...

Every time I read or hear of one of these stories, its like there is always something hidden about the person that does the shooting. I think as a society we kind of get what we deserve. I am not saying this is right. But we have gone from a carring society to its an all about me, I dont give a shit about you.. The way people treat one another I think is the reason for some of these wack jobs going off. These women prob didn't do a damn thing wrong, it was just someones escape or plead for help, so they go out and they shoot someone. I don't think its right.. But peoples actions speak louder than words..

I base this on walking out of the store today, and 5 people walked in the exit door of the store as I was trying to walk out.. It was like fuck you get out of my way, I don't care about you.. I woudn't of shot them, but its just an example of how rude our society has gotten..
