What is "zar gas" ?

I googled it, and all the sites containing the phrase seem to be in what I assume are Eastern European languages (but that's just a guess). I get the feeling that it's some sort of defence spray - is this correct?

It looked at if it came from "Tzar gas", which could have been used for crowd control, but I could be talking bollocks here, as I struggled with the translations.

As far as i know Tsar is the slavic term for a monarch and the first thing that
crossed my mind is the 'Zar Bomb' bc it was described as Tsar or Tzar bomb
in german articles Maybe just another term for Gazprom?

Huh, I will try to explain this with my poor english. We use "zar" to create questioning sentence. Without "zar", sentence "gas je jeftiniji od nafte" means "gas is cheaper than oil". So, "pa zar gas nije jeftiniji od nafte?" means something like "Gas is cheaper than oil, isn't it?"
BTW it's Serbian.

Thanks for that explanation Samoseks - it sounds as if Sleazy was closest then, so I'd better give up that potential use.

Sounds as if the best use for the domain is for general chat or something like that.

It's hard to explain. For "really?" we use word "stvarno?" but we also (rarely) use "zar?". You can translate "zar nismo?" like "aren't we?" etc. "Zar" rarely stand alone.
