he means like 'AdSense stop words' but those which affect PR and SERPs
sorry I don't know any Hoogoo but I often think there may be go words out there that actually help with rankings, if you find any let me know  edit: I would think anything to do with CP would make the list if it exists, but, the problem I see there is removing legit legal sites which discuss the topic - so maybe not |

I don't think there are any. PageRank, by its very definition, has nothing to do with page content. In fact, a page can have no content and still have PR.

hmm, but when you write for example "XXX pics" in the search field you will always get thousands of websites who offers you free xxx pics. So I do not think there are some kind of Stop words
