I'm taking donations for my first netpond contest to help cure cancer.
I have decided to start a contest at the end of this month. It will run through March. I will be adding $20 in netpond points to start the contest but anyone can donate points to me and I will add them to the prize money.
Basically if you want to try and win the points you will have to sign up to the cancer research project in my sig. This is a small program that crunches numbers in an effort to find cures for many diseases. The person that finishes the most work unit during the month of March will win the points. Go ahead and check out the site today and if you have questions just post here |

You can give me as much or as little as you want but even if I get nothing I will at least put my $20 towards the project. I will pay it by epass or in netpond points but I prefer epass. Those who are interested should go ahead and look at the site. Once you join my team you can see the stats of all the members so you can see who has completed however many work units. You can upload the program to your computer or ask if you can run it on the computers at your school or work. |

cool guys. I just got two donations that total 635 points so added to mine the prize money will be $26.35 so far.
You guys that want to enter the contest should go ahead and join my team. I will only count the units you complete in march but you can get a good idea of how the program works before then. |

I will donate 6 months of free shared hosting (approx $100 value) with specs as noted below. No overages allowed on this plan so it will be capped and the only way to raise the limit would be to purchase a paid plan. If a paid plan is purchased by the winner these resources will be added on top of the paid service as a lifetime bonus. No purchase of any kind would be required to use the free portion of the service. Existing customers will also be eligible to win and these resources will be added as a lifetime bonus to their existing plans. If the winner does not want the hosting there will be no cash substitute but it may be auctioned, sold or transferred to another party.
30GB transfer / 250MB storage / 2 MySQL DB's / 4 Domains Hosted / 8 Pop3 Email's |

every little bit helps. If you go to school or work somewhere that has computers you can try to see if someone will let you put the program on them. Libraries are also a good place. I use to run a similar program on the computers at my local library and no one even noticed it was on there.
