Dude, I have cousins who hit 7ft 400lbs easy. The cousins from the Pacific Isles hit 6ft 300lbs easy and never lifted weights in their lives some of them and are HUGE. Not fat, muscle and big bones.

I know some Irish guys from back home who hit 6ft plus on up to 6'6" and are friggin' giants.

Guys like Kimbo Slice I've seen in Jersey and Brooklyn. Just grow that way naturally.

Dude, lemme tell you. When you have family that gets as big as mine you rarely if ever have any kids involved in criminal activity. I think out of 400-500 cousins only 4 got in trouble with the law. Only 1 did measurable time maybe 3 years and hasn't been in trouble since.

When I was growing up, the cops didn't take you to the police station, they took you home and you would fight to get taken some place safe like the jail but then you also had the problem of family who were cops and corrections officers. We had no where to run, no where to hide.
