Going to go to the crab shack and have a deep fried soft shelled crab, a dozen big shrimps in cocktail sauce and a dozen raw oysters on the half shell,

My wife already bought a few dozen crawdads for me to boil in my own garlic and salt brine.

You're lucky to be able to get fresh seafood. They're sending prawns to China to be shelled, and then flying them back to the UK. They probably irradiate them on the way as well.

I used to know a guy in Norfolk who caught crabs and cooked them in a rented garage - very tasty and fresh. I expect they've closed him down now because his stuff was too healthy for our health and safety rules.

BTW VG I grilled a couple racks of pork ribs tonight,... I boiled those puppies in a garlic and salt brine,.. then put them on a charcoal grill mwith my own BBQ sauce that has a heavy Italian seasoning mix
