Most of the time it's ok. But damn! Sometimes it's so strange that I just sit and do not necessary things and don't start working....

How to get a great working mood? What do you do?

Stay away from people, who are not working. They are creathing this atmosphere, this includes chats as well.

Set goals, shut down ICQ, do not visit AWM boards.
Visit sites of colleagues / competition to get fresh ideas.
Don't do the same thing for hour after hour. Do something else (submit to LLs, design, etc).
