Hey guys

index page, new forum

really excited about this, i know its another forum lol but this will be worth the addition.

PS im stillw orking on reducing the forum numbers and we are still trying to work out how we can incporate tabs to make navigation easier so i havent forgotten about the worries oif a million forums

First edition of newsletter will be up today or tomorrow i think~

Also looking for ideas for comepitions

Criteria will be must be eductaional at a webmaster level, soemthing that will get people particopating and fun for everyone.

Will have a weekly compeition that can change so the more suggestions the better and a special compteition monthly or soemthing

5000 points to the person with that gives us the suggestion for the first compeition we run.

Lucky Cappaicno will be the judge

I think there should be a competition for silly, rambling editorials that include things like birthday party clowns, accidental poisonings, and a day at Michael Jackson's house...
wait, that's already been done, hehe ;-)

glad to see the expansion Meat. As long as the forums are meaningful and people use them, then it doesn't matter how many there are....

Meat,

Why not start at the beginning webmaster level. ie. tools, types of sites, domain organization etc

each week have a project. ie. a gallery page

from there you can expand this gallery page into a free site etc, etc.

then turn all the projects into a hub.

All the while giving tips and tricks for traffic.

You'll never run out of things for the project(s) and have a hell of a tutorial for webmastering by the time your done.

Just a thought.

Capture the Flag!

Place 5 or so little flags around the site hidden in new posts, old posts, anywhere really and have each flag image named so that when you find them all they form a sentence

like "netpond.gif fucking.gif rocks.gif" or maybe you could leave clues on how to find the next one

first person to complete the sentence wins

Good suggestion. I like that. Kind of like the find the crazy image or post contest they had from early last year. Was a fun contest.
