A quick 2257 update question
I did hear that the circuit court in October 2007 overturned and tenatively closed the case on 2257 as over reaching. Now this question is from a secondary content producer, is it effectively "safe" to now start to maximize affiliate content and go hardcore again? If I read the FSC press release on their site correctly, this action back in October was a major win for secondary producers... Have any of you fellow secondary producers started updating your sites with more risque images and video?

I haven't looked into it very much but I thought that only certain states were affected by this decision.

really, hmm, never saw that. I would guess that since it was a federal decision, that it would be nationwide. I know if the feds cease inspecting based on how this all ends up, that would be the end of it?!? |

Your best bet depending on where you live and the type of content would be to speak with a lawyer. There are a number of them who with and understand this industry.
