Do have this problem with Royal Vault too?
I just noticed that all the stats since february 2nd disapeared from my stats page at royal vault. I lost all the sales etc.
I hit them up on ICQ and email but no response yet, I guess they had a database crush, but wanted to know if it affects only me or more people. __________________

The stats will all be fine I am sure. Every good program has plenty of redundant backup systems for exactly these kinds of issues. If you track your stats (as I do) you already have the data and the restored stats will match them exactly.
I have done business with Royal Vault and Wild West Cash for a long time.... they are one of the best and most honest programs in this business.... and I deal with 100s of affiliate programs. Stay calm  __________________

Sorry for the problem. We have NATS looking into it right now and they will be restoring everything shortly.
Please rest assured that all clicks and joins are being tracked as I am getting email confirmations from the NATS system. It appears to be a cronjob issue that casued the data to no post back to the NATS system from our biller polls. You will soon be able to see all your data.
